Meet our Pastors

Originally from New York, the Schaubs moved South prior to becoming Pastors. They received their license and ordination while in Milledgeville, Georgia, and pastored a church there for eight years.

Pastor Craig and Pastor Fran then moved their family to Auburn, Alabama, for further training at their Pastor’s church. A short eighteen months later, in 1993, they were sent to Nashville, to oversee their current church.

Pastor Craig has been Sr. Pastor at Spirit of Life since its inception in 1993. As the Apostle of the house, he has spiritual sons and daughters all over the world to whom he serves as mentor, counselor, and encourager. Particular topics of interest to him are Covenant and Church Government.

Pastor Fran serves as part of this co-pastorate team as an Associate Pastor, leading our vibrant Women’s Ministry and heading up our Prophetic Team. She is also the founder of His Word Ministries - an international ministry that also houses our television outreach.

They have been married for over 35 years and have three children, two of whom are married and one who is currently in college. Currently, they are grandparents to six delightful grandchildren – Kyle, Moriah, Madison, Nicholas, Maegan, and Ethan.
